We purchased this to replace a broken solar lamp. It looks nice during the day and puts out more light than the old lamp. There is an on/off switch inside the top of the lamp. Make sure you push that on button or the lamp will not turn on at night. It was easy to install and the quality is good.

I love this thing! We have an old light pole in our front yard that used to run off electricity. I’ve tried to have it fixed but the line was cut at some point. I didn’t want to remove the pole bc I like the older look of it. Anyway-I didn’t even know this was an option for a solar paneled one. Works great and was super easy to install. Wish the light was bigger, just bc the original light was bigger. But it fit on the pole and lights up at night. I call that a win lol. Hopefully it holds up to weather. Time will tell.

Let me shed some light on these solar lamps. We have purchased solar lamps in the past that just don’t do the trick, but these are awesome. We mounted them on our entrance fence with is about 200 yards from the house and can see them from our kitchen window at night. I can’t believe how bright they are. They are the perfect size for our entrance fence and have held up nicely in the rainy weather. The lights themselves are gorgeous. Not a bad price at all for this quality of solar light.
