Direct fit and no leaks after install. Only time will tell how long it will last, but seems to be just as good as oem. Skin feel it will go a long time.

Installed this on my BMW e39. Was a perfect fit and so far I have no oil leaks.

Installed myself, fairly easy job if you have done jobs similar to it. Mostly removing other parts to get to location. Spent more time cleaning up the oil mess than replacing the gasket. Put everything back together and no more leaks from that area! Just wish I would have bought kit from fcpeuro as there is other things to replace while in there for a little extra money.
