I am incredibly impressed with this vibration plate! I was afraid they were kind of gimmicky, but it was recommended by my wife's physical therapist so we went ahead and got one for home. This thing has such a wide range of settings from very light vibration to feeling like it's trying to throw you across the room. The first time I unboxed it, I just jumped on there on the highest settings for about 15 minutes and I had butt cramps for the next day as I wasn't prepared for the level of workout it gave me! It's very quiet, stable, and lightweight enough that she can move it around when needed. It's compact and can slide under into a desk or a footstool. It has a remote control so you can change the settings while you're on it without having to get off, adjust and get back on. It seems to really be helping with her balance issues from a medical condition, which is priceless! We could not be happier!

Item is small. If you're wanting to do squats or push-ups adequately as shown in promo videos choose a different product. You definitely can not spread your feet more than 12 to 16 inches on this item. However, you do still get nice vibration and can feel the lactic acid burn after being on it about 8 or so minutes. The exercise straps are also a nice addition that allows for nice arm workouts while on the board. I loved the different color light option and bluetooth capability. But it being somewhat small takes away from getting more exercise options making it a little more difficult to stay on it.

I was surprised how well this plate could vibrate me as I am not a small guy! I feel like there are too many vibration speed settings as it only needs 10 speeds or so ( I think it has 50 or a 100). It is very sturdy but the speakers are not the greatest. I don't think someone would buy this for the speakers alone, but I wanted to make it clear that the speakers are not great but was easy to pair and will play music. The LED lights work well but like the speakers are not really needed. I recommend it and if it was on sale, I would buy it again.

I think this vibrating machine is really nice. It has a lot of different features, from adjustable vibrating features and timer down to blutooth connection and color patterns. As a woman I fit on it well but it is a bit small for my husband, so this may not be the best fit for people with a bigger build.

I never used a Vibration Plate Exercise Machine before and this is the first one I got for myself and my wife. We wanted something small yet effective to tone ourselves without getting into some extensive routine. This seems to fit the right spot. This exercise machine has strong vibration which jiggles the whole body. We do sweat when using the machine which means it is doing its job well. We plan to continue using it to see a more consistent result but so far we can definitely see ourselves being more active.
