Ive been using this for months now. I think its helping a lot with my wrist but it keeps turning off and not turning back on. I've missed multiple calls at work because my mouse falls asleep and does not wake up until I flip the off/on button back and forth and by that time I lost the sale and lost money in my pocket. SO really this mouse might physically help your wrist, but it will cause you to lose money if you cant get your work done!!!UPDATE: The mouse is junk. I even tried to order a new one and within a WEEK, its sticking so bad. I have not eaten or used sticky hands before using this. I have been so careful to keep it clean and put away when not in use. It just has to go and I need to spend more money on good quality.

Had a little wrist discomfort - and after some testing - I decided that I needed a variety of hand positions to reduce the discomfort. I needed a high-resolution track ball and one that turned my hand quite far.Enter this device: It is easy to use. Has variable resolutions and a few buttons - I don't need a dozen programmable buttons. So far so good. It has made using the trackball much more comfortable.I would like the option to tilt the tackball still further - and its ok for small medium hands - but I would like it slightly larger. Or expandable! The Elecom served me well. This is the evolution of it.Top tip: I installed Mac Mouse - a programme for adapting any mouse. Cheap and effective, it added some customisable features that make this cheap trackball as flexible as many much more expensive options.

It's pretty bulky and large for me, so it might be for larger hands. But the track ball keeps getting stuck to my thumb when I let go to type or something, moving the cursor. The ball is also very light and offers very little resistance, making it hard to select at times. There was also a tab to pull out the USB that bend the cover out of shape at the clasp.

I play a lot of World of Warships, sometimes for hours on end. A mouse takes up a lot of room to use. Not just sitting still of course, but all the area they need to cover compared to a trac-ball that stays stationary. No need for an additional pad, or worry about the edge of the pad or having to lift move drop and start again. This rests the hand in a comfortable position. Track-balls in general take time to get used to, but I think once you do, you will want nothing else and this is a top quality one for sure.

The ball binds and it is very hard to position the mouse precisely
