All of the reviews that mention the challenges of getting the plastic off the outside because it’s tucked into the seams are accurate, as well as the complaints about how the bag collapses.However, it’s great as a travel bag and there are work arounds. Plus, it being collapsible makes storage easier. Excellent travel bag for the bird!

The bag is perfect size for my little birdie ! It was super durable the entire 26 hr trip thru our move! Plus it was an easy clean ! Just a simple wipe down! I loved using this bag; it's ready to use and carrying him thru the pet store! He enjoyed it as well!

Me encantó y a mi periquita también le agrada estar ahí adentro mientras se divierte y es muy práctica para llevar a todos lados ahora ya puedo salir con ella sin preocuparme que se vaya a estresar o mal pasar de hambre ... La recomiendo y el material de la bolsa es de calidad .

We have such a good bird who comes with us outside. Wanted to give this backpack a try to see how she would be. She did great. This backpack is easy to assemble and disassemble.The rope is good size for the bird to grip. It has a metal tray at the bottom for easy clean up which is great!! Catches poop n bird seeds!The only complaint I have is that the clip that attatches the bird feed bowls to the rope doesn't open wide enough so it doesn't hang on tight. I will try to find a wider clip to switch it out. Other than that this backpack is perfect. It's lightweight. Seems prettt sturdy. Looks cute and im sure people who see us wear it enjoy seeing it as well. Easy to wear. Definitely fun to wear. I'd recommend even if it's just to transport to the vet.

For reference, I have a senegal parrot (about 7-8 inches tall). Whenever we go on vacation, I take her to the pet resort to be cared for while we are gone. Prior to getting this case, I had a much smaller case that only had a side ventilation. To put it simply, she freaked out every time I tried to get her in it. This one has a nice clear wall, but the big difference is the rope that connects from end to end. This allows her a perch to sit on and have more room. She has not fought me yet when I place her on the rope perch. I am so happy to have found this!
