Install was very straight forward and it holds the motor securely to the boat. Not much more to say.

Installed it on my pontoon boat on the bow. Works perfectly to mount my motorguide Xi3 trolling motor. Had to shop around for a bit to find a padlock that would fit. I found it at Lowe’s. I included pictures of the lock and model number. Highly recommend aluminum quick release.

Most of the bolts furnish where not usable for a installation on a Legend X18 they where way to long . A trip to Canadian Tire and $20 later everything is OK

Got this for my motorguide Xi5Installation to both boat and motor was straight forward.Construction is heavy duty aluminumInstallation is really rigidRemoval is simple.The lock hole is pretty small. Only negotiable
