I received the remote starter kit today and after work I started installing it. It took me about 2 hours, but I took my time and read through the instruction very carefully since I didn't want any problems. I did end up calling Technical Support and spoke with Marcus! Actually, I called 3 times (the first 2 times were quick easy questions) just to make sure I was doing it right and Marcus was extremely patient and helpful, in fact, he walked me through the final stage to get the programming complete. And I went outside plugged everything in and it worked like a charm! I got the car put back together and now I have a very happy son who can cool his car down in the 104+ Texas heat! 100% use these guys they are amazing. I guess time will tell how well it holds up, but should be good.

I installed this on my 2017 challenger push start. Hardest part of the install was figuring out how to remove the plastic panels to reach the switch. The instructions are a little hard to understand or maybe it doesnt give enough info on each step. I was looking for plugs that werent there and pics of plugs where they went werent there. I got it figured out because it wasnt difficult to do. Instructions showed plugs but didnt have the wires so i just skipped it. It also didnt say to plug usb in first then connect to module. It was easier for me to plug module in first then plug wire into usb but would not connect. Tech support is awsome and i felt dumb by not being able to figure out the plug issue. It really was super easy to install and having remote start on a car that didnt have one now does and thats really nice. Works great and i would definitly recommend

The install is relatively simple though I had a bit of a heart attack during the process as the battery in my key fob died during the programming phase. I thought I had screwed up the programming and my fob didn't work with the car anymore. I strongly suggest replacing the battery in your remote before starting the install.First off I am using my Dodge key fob. It does start the car. You can't hit the button sequence to fast or it won't work. this is an issue since there is no feedback if the car started or not.The range is not consistent and I have not managed to start it from more then 70ft away, so starting the car while in the office or a store doesn't' really work. I have also had a handful of instances where it wouldn't start unless I was within 20ft of the car. I did purchase a brand new key fob thinking my original one was weak but that didn't make a difference.Only reason this is getting a 3 not a 2 is because it does consistently start my car from my kitchen in the morning.

I had such a great experience with my purchase that i gifted another unit to my father’s Dodge Ram. The Ram was a bit more difficult to install, but tech support is extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this product and would recommend reaching out to tech support if you have any questions.

Definitely NOT PLUG AND PLAY!!! There Tech support is by email and it’s such a pain to go through all there steps and get no support while your car is opened up.
