Absolute garbage! It fails at its only purpose. It literally doesn't stick to any surface except itself. This was a HUGE waste of money!

The listing advertised that you could use this tape on windows and I applied the tape to my metal window frames which I cleaned first. There is construction being performed outside the windows and I wanted to avoid any dust entering my condo. One hour later when I returned to the rooms where I had applied the tape I was shocked to discover that all of the tape had peeled off!!!I couldn't believe it so I then tested the tape by putting a new strip of tape along the sides of the existing tape and an hour later it also peeled off. It didn't even stay stuck on top of the same tape.!I have purchased gaffer tape from other brands before and this has never happened to me.If it was possible I would have given this tape a zero stars rating!!!Don't waste your money, this gaffer tape is garbage!!!

Quick shipping. Packaging fine. Right away, I could tell this wasn’t the quality gaffer’s tape I was used to. It doesn’t tear as cleanly and often leaves residue. I used it for a woodworking glue up of a dodecahedron (12-sided polygon). Left lots of residue. Normal gaffer’s tape wouldn’t do that.It has decent adhesion and seems more like a lightweight duct tape than gaffer’s tape. So it has some uses. But if you’re thinking about putting it on a stage or somewhere you expect to be able to remove it cleanly, be prepared to spend some time using Goo Gone to make it right.

It works. I recommend for carpet use as the adhesive will stick to any hard surface peel away from the tape upon removal. Very adhesive and material / fabric gaff tape. Cheaper than others.

I'm a professional photographer and I use this to tape down my seamless backdrop paper. It sticks when I need it to stick and it peels off very easily without it ruining the paper. I even reuse it for the duration of my shoot. I sometimes change the background paper 3/4 times and it's still sticking on the 4th change. This is an every day staple for me and I love it.
