This actually was fully charged so I didn’t need to charge it. I began using it right away, it really lights up my desk area, I work quite early in the morning and it’s still dark, I have small decor lights in my office but this really helps my space. It doesn’t take up much space on my desk which is a huge plus, I will say I thought it’d be a little more taller but it’s still perfect and it’s a good quality product for the price!

It’s really nice. You charge it and then no cords. Then you tap a button to get lighter or darker. It’s heavy enough to stand up without worrying it will fall over.

I purchased two of these lamps a year ago. I love how narrow they are for my small nightstands, while still giving enough light. I use them every night and charge them about once a month. I did notice one of them required more frequent charging and eventually died last week. I contacted the manufacturer about this maybe 3 days ago and they sent me a replacement that arrived today. I was already happy with my purchase but I was even happier with their customer service.

ORIGINAL: I purchased a different table lamp for another house and they're amazing, I just couldn't find the same ones so I bought these and I don't like them very much. It seems like you have to charge this one a lot more and the battery just doesn't last.UPDATED 10/21: Seller reached out regarding my review, and allowed me to replace the unit. The new unit and its battery works much better. Product and seller are great and easy to work with.

Update Sept 25, 2023:I did purchase two of these lamps, and I have only been using one. Today I took the second one out of the box and it is much brighter than the fist one I’ve been using. I think the first one is not charging fully because it’s only half as bright as the second. The second one is very bright and covers a fair amount of space when fully charged.Original review:This lamp did come fully charged and ready to use, and this is a very portable downward facing ambient lamp. It does have three (soft) brightness levels, but even the brightest setting is not enough additional lighting for a 30x30 inch card table if the room is not near complete darkness. The glow is very soft, diffused, and pleasant to look at, but don't expect to read busy menus if the lamp is more than 12 inches away from you.
