2017 sierra was having issues with the trans and motor, this smoothed out the driving in city of the truck and made it feel brand new. Was not aware that Range was a Holley company so i trust them even more now.

Had a new transmission put in and the dealer updated my computer program and caused enormous issues. The shifting was terrible. The computer could not decide what it wanted to do, be in v8 or v4 mode. I have driven the truck for 10 years I know how it should drive. Took back to the dealer and they said it’s normal. It is not. This was my Hail Mary prior to getting rid of the truck. Fixed all issues. Like new again. No difference in mpg for me. Shifts silky smooth. No more rumble from AFM bs. Awesome!!

No engine grief. 8 cylinder ALL the tme. Little change in fuel economy.

I had received the Range Technology AFM Delete on 25 April 2022 and I have driven 1000 KMS on my Silverado LTZ 2009 with it since then. I wanted to post a detailed review after using it for a good amount of time and distance, so here it is!!This is literally the elixir that I my car needed. Since I bought my car I had replaced the lifters twice (which I know is a very common issue with Silverados) due to the crapiest AFM technology of switching from V8 to V4 and back when needed, Chevorlet had put into its cars. It was after the first change of lifters I came across the Range AFM Delete module which had very good reviews on Amazon and on various online platforms. But I was kinda skeptical and trusted that once I changed the lifters the issue wouldn’t happen again. And then it happened for the second time and that was when I knew I had to get it cause I had already spent a lot replacing the lifters and the oil manifold.I received it, and it was just plug and play into the OBDII Port, LED on the device blinked and couple times and then became solid green. I drove for some distance and the odometer DID NOT from V8 to V4 which means the device worked.Also before having the device I had noticed that while driving on the highway on cruise control intermittently the engine tries to switch between V8 and V4 and you can feel a slight push and pull the engine does when it cannot figure out if it has to stay on V8 or V4. This COMPLETELY VANISHED since I installed the Range device. More so I noticed that my gas mileage has increased and I’m now getting atleast 50-70 kms more on a full tank than what I used to get earlier and the car’s driving and the throttle response has been better than ever!!I WOULD SUGGEST THIS TO EVERY SILVERADO OWNER CAUSE LITERALLY THIS IS THE JAIL BREAK FOR YOUR CAR TO UTILIZE ITS FULL CAPACITY AND GET THE MAX OUT OF YIUR CAR IN TERMS OF LONGEVITY, MILEAGE AND DRIVING!!
