It is not clear that this product is made with the advertised zircon abrasive. The product as actually delivered is marked with "CA" instead of "ZA" for the abrasive and [though color is not definitive] the abrasive is dark red instead of blue like the zircon abrasive product I purchased a few days ago in 120 grit from Sali. It would be nice if the company would tell me what abrasive is on the delivered product so I can use it on the correct materials. Thank you.

These flap disks are similar to many other brands, it's kinda hard to break a mold like this after all. Taking caution to use them properly, correct angle, not applying too much pressure and so on, will net you the longest life out of them. Thankfully they do come in a multi-pack, but with the cost of these disks you want them lasting as long as possible!Mishandling will reduce their lives exponentially, so use em right!

I’ve had the opportunity to use these disks on projects for about a month. Sali flap disks have been doing a good job for every project we used them for. Mostly on aluminum and steel. I took some side pictures to show you that they have more flaps than the cheap flap disks that come apart in no time. These seem to be made very well and have not had any failures on either grinder. One grinder we use is electric and one is air. No problems. The fit is good inside the guard on my 4 ½ inch grinders. Mounting is with standard 7/8 or 22mm arbor, not threaded. A nice product that I can recommend.

they get the job done but don't last as long as other known brands that i've used before. good for the home shop that does occasional work. wouldn't recommend for a full blown fab shop

Used these on my angle grinder to scuff the paint off a building so it can be repainted, and then also used them to clean the rust off of some metal that I am using for a project, and they make it an easy process.
