Mounted one inside closet and the other on a closet door. Both were easy to install, seem quite sturdy. Only issue for me, not with the item, is my pot lids have handles not knobs. When I open/close the door, the pot lids with handles aren't as secure as the ones with knobs. Would highly recommend if you have large lids (10 or 12 inch) with handles or any size with knobs. The smaller lids with handles could be an issue.

I put this on my wall near my stove (I have a very small galley style kitchen) and love that it keeps all my pot lids organized and nearby for easy use. The sections will bend a little if you have a bulky lid to make it fit, but it is very sturdy. I use the bottom and top sections for my microwave splatter covers to keep them handy too. Love this product so much that I have 2 stacked one above the other for a rack look to all the lids. While this product has a dip (U shape) for the single knob type lids, my handle lids work just fine when you hook them on the side of the U shape. When I offset them on opposite sides, it makes it easier to see which lid is which. It helps to make my small kitchen bearable.
