Arrived in a reasonable time and as described. Came in a smashed box where 1/3 are bent beyond repair. Please find a better shipping methood.

I've used this product from this seller for awhile. In my most recent box, half of the folders only had prongs on one side. I am unable to return the product because I had already placed 2022 dated stickers before noticing the problem with the prongs.

Received our order of patient charts. they were scattered in a box twice as large as needed, some bent in the middle some bent on the corners. These pics were taken when almost all of the charts were removed, I should have taken one when I opened it! What happened to the box they normally come in? Appears they opened a box and just dumped it in a larger one or I just got a bunch of left over, miscellaneous, bent charts. Charts are expensive! Not even sure that I received the correct amount. Extremely disappointed!

They were the standard, end tab folders that I wanted. They were shipped promptly and arrived as expected. Overall, this was a favorable experience
