Hard water be gone with this filter. But, I have to wonder why they stopped at 23 layers. Why not 25? Or maybe an even 30? Perhaps the manufacturer is a Jordan fan.

Can definitely tell a difference! My skin doesn’t feel so dry and my hair feels softer too! You can also use this on any shower head does not have to be one from them but I also recommend the shower heads too!

It made my water softer with less hard water marks on my shower door and less chlorine smell. But, I still have very itchy skin and scalp, supposedly there's a Vitamin C component in there too & I'm not feeling it. My pipes are disgusting looking so I'm not sure what else I can do. It seems durable enough but if I twisted any more I felt it would have cracked. I could only install on the secondary place they recommend due to size. The units were not plastic wrapped so I could have gotten a used one but I hate to say that w/out knowing for sure. I just expected more of a difference bc that's what was promised. I will say it has a tight seal and maybe the second filter will work better. Either way the value for the money I thought was fair enough!

I have been researching shower filters for a few weeks initially, and there are a ton on the market to choose from. I was between this filter and the Jolie shower head, but decided to go with this brand for the cost savings, finish selection, and stellar reviews. I can’t say enough amazing things about this shower filter.The difference on your hair and skin is immediately noticeable after even the first use. Install was incredibly easy. I’m not a handyman by any means, but the instructions and materials provided allowed me to easily install this filter in about 2 minutes. The finish and quality of the product are incredible - definitely a 10/10!!The package was missing the two washer screens, but I had some spares that I was able to use that fit perfect. Upon realizing I didn’t receive them, I sent an email to the customer support email. Within 12 hours, I received a call from one of the most incredible customer service agents I’ve ever had the pleasure to speak with. Her name was Rio, and she provided A+ support regarding my issue. I will definitely be ordering from this brand again in the future. Thank you guys for making such an amazing product, and supporting that product with an amazing team.Well done!
