Cómo funciona
1) El punto de presión se mueve 20 mm lejos de la bola del pie
2) Se proporciona un área de soporte mucho más grande, distribuyendo la presión del taco sobre un área 4 veces más extensa.
3) El talón de la zapato de distancia reducida acorta la palanca para los músculos de la pantorrilla
4) Permite una tija de asiento bajada y un arrastre inferior.

El propósito principal de este adaptador es proporcionar una mejor comodidad para los ciclistas que sufren de dolor metatarsiano o puntos calientes. El adaptador lo hace de dos maneras: 1) El punto de presión se mueve a 20 mm de la bola del pie, y 2) Se proporciona un área de soporte mucho más grande, distribuyendo la presión del taco sobre un área 4 veces más extensa.
El adaptador SPIN2 no se adapta a todos los zapatos y todos los pedales:
A) zapatos que tienen una ranura de tacos totalmente empotrada. Ver las fotos a continuación. El adaptador solo se adapta a suelas de zapatos que no tienen bordes sobresalientes detrás del taco.
B) Zapatos con solo dos roscas disponibles para los pernos M5. Estas placas base pueden girar. Ver las fotos a continuación.
C) Zapatos especializados con 13 mm entre las filas de rosca M5 en los soportes de incrustación.
Solo compatible con Shimano SPD. No compatible con Crank Brothers y el sistema de 2 pernos BeBop. No compatible con tacos/pedales Time MTB y pedales Echelon Connect. Si tienes zapatos especializados, verifica que tengan un espacio de 10 mm entre los dos juegos de roscas M5 en los soportes de incrustación. Peso: 2 x 39 g por juego, incl. tornillos y cuñas de mayor tamaño. Añade solo 1,5 mm a la altura de la pila.

I tried the SPD-SL variety with my SPD-SL pedals and it worked great - 5 stars. No more hot spots, no more toe numbness. Solved all my foot problems except SPD-SL being slippery buggers to clip into. No margin for error in Albuquerque, so I thought I'd try SPDs...These - not quite perfect. They do move my cleats back, as advertised. However, the screw positioning in the shoe is not really all square. More importantly, the thickness of these cause my SPD cleats to stick up over the shoe tread (Lake MX-238). Now I'm walking on cleats instead of tread. And I notice at the top of my pedal stroke, the crank arms interfere with my clipping out. I don't recall having this issue before installing the Patrocleats, though it could be me.Update 2025-04-25Also, the clipping out problem isn't due to these pedal cleat adapters - it's just my size 12 shoes and SPDs in general.Still 4 stars. I wish it came with allen screws instead of phillips heads.

Items received, fitted to shoes, and work well. Only minus was that no instructions were in the box. Found relevant info on the web.

Pro's: really nothing else like this on the market . I use this to help fix a foot size difference in my right foot. It seems like it's working well for me.Cons: the bolts that come with it do not hold the adapter in place. They are too short and the adapter moves freely in my shoe. Also, the shims that come with the product are too small. I I was able to get the bolts to work by using a spacer between the cleat adapter and the shoe. But this problem would have been easily solved if the bolts that came with the shoe were slightly longer. Also, would it kill you to add some instructions with this product?So in short it works but you may need to get creative and possibly even take a trip to the hardware store to get it to work for you.

Fitment was good not great, can't use the old cleat oval washer or nuts will not fit perfectly,, (no instructions) not allen wrench friendly,, you need a star bit, spacers rattle around a bit, (needs rubber adhesive) will check if i can actually clip in later and update,,, 11-20-23 update, Screws are not properly fitting flush! so the cleats are being prevented from snapping in! top of the screws stick up too far, it's all in the details will have to grind the front of the cleats or the top of the screws ughhh
