Bought this for my 2003 Sequoia to replace my wife's FOB, but couldn't get the vehicle into pairing mode. Took the car to the dealer and they hooked up a device that bypassed the normal (lock/unlock) sequence to get into pairing mode. But, it fried whatever relay/module operated the remote key system so that my remaining good FOB no longer worked. Following $400 of troublshooting, they informed me they would have to drop the dashboard to continue looking for the fault. At that point, I stopped the bleeding and resigned myself to having to use a key to lock/unlock going forward. Not a knock on this product, because I never got a chance to use it. Just a heads up out there that you may want to ensure your vehicle will go into pairing mode before you order a new FOB.

OEM Quality. Just follow directions on YouTube, and in about 5 minutes, you will have a new Keyfob in your Toyota. It works great and added a panic button to my car that I did not have with the factory remote.
