This was the perfect size and works perfectly to keep heat and sweat in.I even slept in this one night. It was comfortable enough to sleep in.It's still holding strong through the wear and tears. I would definitely recommend.

This was just what I hoped for I’m 185lbs and I got a XXL but I believe an XL would of been better other then that it’s great you definitely sweat fast in all the right places.

This is honestly a really great product, and super cute! Does not even look like a sauna top, which is a plus!!! I would have given it 5 stars had it fit me the way I hoped. For reference, I am 5’8” tall, and weigh approximately 178. I have a short torso and long legs with a slim to average body build. Nonetheless, I ordered my normal size which is a M (M/L), and expected this to hug my body tightly just as I would expect any spandex-like clothing, but instead it fit slightly bigger than what I hoped, so I’m reordering a size small with hopes that it will fit better. That all being said, I’m recommending that if your body is shaped smaller on top than on bottom, that you order one size smaller if you want a tight fit like I did; otherwise, order the size you’d normally purchase in spandex material, especially if your upper arms are on the thicker end and want this to be fitted. Well, hope this review helped someone, and best wishes!
