This is a huge ball. The foot pump works. I use this more as a chair and a back / abdomen stretcher because if its size. I inflated it until very firm, plugged it and waited a day for the material to stretch. Then, I took the plug our and inflated it more until very firm again, and put the plug back in. Seems to be working good so far. I also bought the S and M ball for my exercise routine.

So after my first review of the ball I got that was already opened and didn’t blow up all the way I was sent a new one. I will be honest it’s big and perfect! I’m excited to finally have a comfortable place to sit as I homeschool my little girl. It feels like it’s thick and very good quality.

I'm 5'10", so I ordered the Large from the sizing chart, color B#Purple&White. It took about 15 min. to inflate taking my time with the foot pump attached, while watching the football game. The enclosed tape measures has 0cm-100cm markings on it to tell you the proper height of the ball for inflation. (about 25.5" for 65cm) Once inflated, I released some air until it was the perfect size for my legs to be bent 90 degrees at the knees while sitting on it. Now its not too hard and a comfortable amount of softness to it for doing my exercises. I love the color. It looks just like the picture. The size, shape and color are true as advertised. It seems to have a nice thickness to it, so I expect it will last. I would recommend!

I was suffering from daily back soreness and significant stiffness, the result of an injury from about a year ago. One particular stretch on this ball reduced my daily back pain and stiffness by about 80-90%. I never imagined I could benefit so greatly from one stretch. This ball literally changed my life.

Très utile en fin de grossesse, il m'a beaucoup soulagée des douleurs de bassin à l'approche du terme. Depuis, je continue de l'utiliser comme siège de bureau, j'adore me balancer dessus et comme je passe mes journées assise à l'ordinateur, il est beaucoup plus confortable qu'un simple fauteuil.
