Short Version:Hides imperfections. Easy to use. Excellent for black paint.Long Version:For reference, I am comparing the JET BLACK against the Turtle Wax "Super Hard Shell" (green color paste wax). The JET BLACK sprays on like water. It's a grey color liquid with the same consistency as water or Windex. It's effortless. Spray it on and use a soft towel to dry. It works very much like a ceramic coating. I don't know what the chemistry is, but this blends incredibly well. It's completely different than a paste type wax that you put on, let dry, and buff off. I've tried using it alone and I've tried putting a coat of "Super Hard Shell" on top. All the super hard shell does is make all the imperfections come back. I would avoid dong this. The effort of application and the easy blending of the JET BLACK literally makes this a 5 minute job. Just clean your car, dry it, mist on the JET BLACK and lightly dry. For me, this can be part of every cleaning. I was very apprehensive about the cost compared to a paste wax but I'm sold. No more Super Hard Shell green paste wax for me. JET BLACK produces a better finish and hides fine imperfections - it's a good product - and easy to apply and work with. Highly recommend to anyone with black paint.
