I've always owned and used Shimano, Lews, and 13 Fishing. Was gonna get a Curado MGL but found this Tatula Elite on sale and decided to try a Daiwa. This thing is outstanding! It feels well built and is comfortable to use. It'll sling a 3/16oz weight a mile. I didn't have to adjust anything either, it was bomb casting out of the box.Only negative thing I can say is that this reel was very dry out of the box. I just oiled the bearings and greased the worm gear and then it came alive. I've heard this is commonplace with new Daiwa reels so I was expecting this anyway.

Lo compre por las buenas reseñas, la verdad es que solo quien lo usa puede juzgarlo, para un servidor no ofrece nada que no ofrezca un carrete de la mitad de precio

Daiwa reels are the best reels I have ever fished, that is both the fresh water and the salt water! I have fished them all!

Spooled up with 20lb Fluorocarbon and put on a St Croix Legend Tournament Bass Sweeper. It casted just as well as the Curado DC I had bought the same weekend. Reeled in a 1/2oz spinnerbait smoothly feeling very solid. I did catch a nice bass. I'm planning to replace two Curado Ks with these over The DCs. The Elite casted just as well as the DC, had fewer issues, and weights much less.
