If you’re like me and trying to get your life organized, I would recommend this. What’s nice is, you could use this for just about anything. Between my wife, and father in law, we use this check off list for my daughter’s food intake. I have also used this as a chore check off list. Well you could basically track anything with this like how I stated earlier.

I use this everyday and it helps me stay on track with new habits I am trying to create. It's simple to use and keeps me accountable. Would highly recommend to help you successfully make new habits.

Great for keeping track of habits (daily, weekly, and monthly). Super cute layout and really easy to visualize the progress you are making on habits. Also great that each month layout isn't labeled so you can start whenever and take a month off if you need to.

I like that this is a thin, spiral bound booklet with 12 full months of habit tracking pages.You have space on the left for recording the habit and a grid on the right for checking off as done for an entire month.Basically a simple design, 8 1/2 by 11. Paper is decent quality. I do wish it would be a little more attractive overall, like a design or art, but it does the job.
